Sierra is the BEST! I have tried several others for my chronic neck pain and she is definitely the best. She knows how the body works and how to fix it.

I have been dealing with severe pain in my shoulder after it was replaced over 3 years ago; physical therapy has helped but seems to have plateaued. Now after 1 visit with Focus I am feeling better and have a plan very different from the physical therapy - and I'm feeling improvement already. I highly recommend Focus Massage, the Deep Tissue massage I got was fantastic!
