Fleet Doc Lexington

These guys are great and this is coming from a guy that owns an automotive repair shop!! My nephew moved to Lexington recently and needed to find him a place to take his old Honda. Brian was extremely helpful and they got him back on the road! Let him know of a few things coming up in the near future, Glad my nephew has a place to take his old Honda civic. I have been very pleased with my experiences at Fleet Doc. Ive always been very anxious about taking my car to the mechanic due to negative past experiences at my dealership and another auto repair business in Lexington. My experience with Fleet Doc has been the complete opposite of those ship visits where I felt like I was being hustled or ignored. The service advisors at Fleet Doc are always patient, kind, and excellent at communicating with me. I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment and have always gotten my car back in a reasonable time frame. I have never felt pressured to pay for or accept a repair or service that wasn’t worth it. I would strongly recommend this business.

It's old fashioned business service with attention to details and great communication. That's how I would describe my encounter when I signed up my small business fleet. I was greeted and recognized as soon as I walked in, listened to when I described what I needed, fit in for service of my vehicle and received a thorough, quality review of what my vehicle needed (and what I didn't need) at a price that rivals any other maintenance and repair shop. When my vehicle was ready it was finished on time and as promised. The owner was in the shop, the front counter guys were ready to go over everything without rushing me through took time to explain and answer questions unhurried and I was left with a confidence everything was taken care of properly. I took my wife's car in first, then immediately dropped my truck off for the same excellent treatment...and will continue with my work vehicle after! You won't find a better system or service anywhere, at least anywhere I've been for vehicle service or repair in the last 15 years!
