These guys are great and this is coming from a guy that owns an automotive repair shop!! My nephew moved to Lexington recently and needed to find him a place to take his old Honda. I have been very pleased with my experiences at Fleet Doc. Ive always been very anxious about taking my car to the mechanic due to negative past experiences at my dealership and another auto repair business in Lexington. My experience with Fleet Doc has been the complete opposite of those ship visits where I felt like I was being hustled or ignored. The service advisors at Fleet Doc are always patient, kind, and excellent at communicating with me. I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment and have always gotten my car back in a reasonable time frame. I have never felt pressured to pay for or accept a repair or service that wasn’t worth it. I would strongly recommend this business.
