We used Jared and his team to install French Drains along our back yard in addition to stone landscaping along the front yard. Since my driveway was just replaced, we also had them level out the yard surrounding the driveway and hydro seed the newly landscaped perimeter.
We were very happy with the level of communication and transparency during the whole process with both scheduling and pricing. Since Flagship Outdoor was initially contracted for just one job, Jared worked very closely with us on the additional requests to our satisfaction.
Cannot say enough good things about Flagship Outdoor Services. We started working with Jarred on our yard drainage project and after some unforeseen changes, he got the project started in late August. The work was completed on time and the drainage issues we’ve had in our yard for 20 years are gone. To say we are pleased would not begin to cover it. We asked for a few modifications to the original plan, and though it created additional work for Jarred and his team, they were accommodated. They also had to hydro seed after the yard was dug up and the grass has come back beautifully. Our neighbors mention that the yard looks like a golf course. We plan to have some additional work done by them next spring. I would highly recommend Jarred and Flagship Outdoor Services.
