I got the "big bubba" which comes with brisket pulled pork, slaw and potato salad. The potato salad and slaw were actually both quite nice. The pulled pork had a really nice bit of smoky flavor to it. Both meats came absolutely drowned in sauce which wasn't my favorite. The brisket may have been good. But the only thing I was really able to taste was the sauce it came with. I'd be willing to give this cart another try.

Fantastic BBQ place. Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pulled pork were cooked perfectly. The bbq sauce complimented the food very well and did not overpower the meat. The Pineapple Coleslaw was really good. The Mac N Cheese with Pulled Pork was very good too.
We had lunch here when we stumbled across Molalla River Brewing Company- and the food was amazing. Truly some of the best brisket I have ever had. It was juicy and tender, but still firm. There was just enough bbq sauce on it to enhance the smokiness of the meat, without over powering it. It was a 10/10. My bride had the pulled pork sandwich. It was good, although not as good as the brisket. There was quite a bit of gristle in it, and while the light bbq sauce enhanced the brisket, a little more was needed on the sandwich. The coleslaw on it was very flavorful and even great by itself. Over all, we put the pulled pork at probably 7/10- with a little more sauce, it would definitely be 8+. The day we were there, they were getting low on some meats (completely out of ribs and super low on brisket and pulled pork), but I also understand how hard some meats are to get right now. The two folks working were also extremely friendly and helpful, and seemed to be just simply nice people. We will absolutely be back. I want to try the ribs, but considering how great the brisket was, it's going to be a tough choice.
