Ferguson Buick GMC

My Wife and I are both over the moon with our 2023 Buick Enclave. I worked with multiple dealerships before I found an HONEST and no-nonsense group to work with. I can HIGHLY recommend Ferguson Buick, GMC of Norman, Ok. Specifically Tommy Duvall (Salesman) & Heath Mead (Finance). No pressure salesmanship. No junk add-on fees. I won't deal with ANY other dealership in Oklahoma, EVER. Some of the other dealerships in the area could learn somethings if they followed Ferguson's example. Thanks for EVERYTHING Tommy& Heath

Absolutely in love with my new Buick! Went in for an oil change and walk away with a great deal on a newer Buick. Kendall Bryson, thank you for being so patient and most importantly listening to my wants and needs. Between you and Nathan from finance, I couldn’t ask for a better team watching over me while making such an important investment. Perfect timing with my son football season starting. I will probably be doing a lot of carpooling 😂

On November 5th, 2023 I went to Ferguson buy a 2023 ultimate that I saw online. To my surprise it had already been sold. Ramon was kind enough to track down another 2500 ultimate that was in the used lot. We went for a test drive and in the end after thinking about it for a long time, I was not satisfied with the used truck. I went ahead and ordered a new one after taking up so much of Ramon’s day. I was told the truck would be built in about 2-3 months. Well to my surprise Ramon sent me a picture of my truck out of no where. Not even a month later my truck was here! Having Ramon as a salesman was very pleasant, in the month it took the truck to be built we talked many, many times about other trucks and what would be best for me. Basically any time I had a question he was just a phone call away. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help. I had a great experience would definitely recommend.
