I have recommended them to friends, family, colleagues, and my renters for many years, and I'm honored to give them a positive review here on Google. Perry's team has always responded to my needs both timely and professionally. I feel well cared for by them as my advocates in insuring my home, autos, and commercial real estate. They are easy to deal with, genuinely care about their clients, and know the challenges that Bend and Central Oregon can oftentimes pose. I have to say how pleased I am to be working with Perry for my business and personal insurance needs. In the past, I handled all of my insurance through multiple channels. I recently incorporated my contracting business and the accountant I am working with suggested that I call Perry to help me through some of the insurance complexities. That complexity includes business liability, contractor bonding, workers compensation, vehicle insurance, personal liability, etc. Perry spent a significant amount of time asking questions and listening to understand my needs more clearly. At each step he has helped me to understand more deeply the various aspects of insurance and what is useful and what is not. Perry and his team are true rock stars!! Been with them for over a decade and every time there is an issue, the red carpet gets rolled out and we get first class service. Insurance sucks to have to have, but to have a group like this that takes such exceptional care, makes it somehow better.
