Farmers Insurance - Michael Baughman

I have been a long time Farmers Insurance customer for many years and have always been very satisfied by the services provided by this office. I have worked with Amy on multiple property, vehicle, boat, and RV policies over the years and have always very much appreciated her excellent customer service. She has always been incredibly responsive with her communications and has always provided quotes and other information that has always made my decisions and transactions very easy. It's always been a pleasure doing business with her!

I have been insurance by this Farmer's office for 39 years now. I am even more pleased with this office now than long ago. I deal mostly with Amy and Mike and I cannot believe how helpful they are in terms of getting me the best rates on my homes and car. Mike has experience as an adjuster and gave me much extra help on a claim I had last year. This current team is outstanding and I appreciate them greatly.

Amy does a great job with fast and efficient service. Our insurance needs change often, especially during a pandemic. She is always there, ready to help and make it easy. 5 stars. I wish I could give her a 6.
