Farmers Insurance - Kimberley Duty

I enjoyed working with Kim when I was setting up homeowners insurance for a new house. She was candid, friendly, and she helped me understand each of the points in my homeowners policy, and examples of what was covered. I would recommend stopping by to speak with her if you are looking for insurance. She quickly responds to emails and is very helpful.

/we have been with Kim and Farmers since 2013. We were directed to her because we could not find an insurance company that would provide waterfront property insurance. Since then, we have added rental properties, auto insurance, earthquake and flood insurance, and even HOA board coverage. Kim has always been very responsive to our needs, our inquiries and our requests. Her email responses are prompt and accurate. We're happy.

Kim has been our insurance agent for the 16 years we have been in Oregon. We drifted away for about a year because another agency quoted us lower rates. Those rates didn't last, and the service was lousy compared to what we had enjoyed with Kim and her staff. We came back into the fold and can't imagine having anyone else to take care of all our insurance needs.
