Farmers Insurance - Jerry Burger

I have no complaints and only a positive experience with Jerry Burger and Farmers Insurance. Unfortunately I was involved in an auto accident a while back and these folks made the process as pleasant as possible. They are responsive, informative and great to work with. The same has be true with other involvement such as asking general questions, and making informed changes to my coverage. Thumbs up!

Jerry is very attentive and patient. It took us almost 6 months to decide on the type and amount of coverage. He made sure we understood our options and did dozens of senerios for us. I feel he helped us secure a better future.

Been with this company for a few years. Always good customer service. Very welcoming. Unfortunately I havent had any accidents to fully get the experience of our coverage and such. But based on what coverage we have and asking questions, they are honest and super friendly. I'd recommend based on that.
