I switched to Farmers earlier this year, and have to say, this has been the best experience I have EVER had with insurance. Gino and his staff have answered all my questions (and explained everything in ways I can understand), they have gotten me competitive rates, and most importantly, they are available to me when I need them, and very prompt communicators. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try if you are not happy with your company or your rates go up. I use them for Auto and home owners. We all know that the big companies can create a lot of unnecessary barriers to getting information or just taking to a live person and that they will resort to unsavory methods to get our business, not Gino and his team. I just can't say enough.
