First time customer and had an excellent experience. I happen to enjoy receiving text messages for office visits. I received timely and responsive reminders/instructions. No mask requirements! YEA! Provider relaxed per CDC guidelines of September 2022-most medical providers are way behind the times continuing to require forced masking-ridiculous! Staff was friendly! My appointment occurred on schedule! Office outdoor signage could be improved and is in process of being improved. Lighting in the office was super-almost all LED. I will most certainly be referring people to Family Eye Care!

Great visit. Easy scheduling, great communication. Very clear about what to expect before arriving. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. They explained clearly what they were going to do. Very thorough cleaning of equipment. Doctor was very clear about what she was doing and explained what she found and her recommendations were clear and welcomed. Check out was smooth. Very open to questions. Very pleasant appointment.
