I have known and worked with Victoria for several years. She puts her wealth of experience to good use for her clients on a daily basis. Anyone who makes the decision to work with her is incredibly lucky to have such a fierce advocate going the extra mile for them. I strongly recommend her services to anyone considering buying or selling their home.

Victoria was excellent to work with. We were first time home buyers and she walked us through even step of the process. She never pushed us to purchase anything--in fact TWICE after we'd put in offers and something came up during the inspection period, the sellers refused to repair or give us time to estimate repair costs for ourselves, and she cautioned us to back away from the deal. The third time ended up being the charm, and she had our backs the whole way through. She's very knowledgeable, a stellar negotiator, and made us feel taken care of through months of searching for the right home. The inspector she works with is also wonderful--he was very thorough (for all three inspections!) and happy to answer all of our questions. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the Portland area.
