I have known and worked with Victoria for several years. She puts her wealth of experience to good use for her clients on a daily basis. Anyone who makes the decision to work with her is incredibly lucky to have such a fierce advocate going the extra mile for them. I strongly recommend her services to anyone considering buying or selling their home.
Victoria was excellent to work with. We were first time home buyers and she walked us through even step of the process. She never pushed us to purchase anything--in fact TWICE after we'd put in offers and something came up during the inspection period, the sellers refused to repair or give us time to estimate repair costs for ourselves, and she cautioned us to back away from the deal. The third time ended up being the charm, and she had our backs the whole way through. She's very knowledgeable, a stellar negotiator, and made us feel taken care of through months of searching for the right home. The inspector she works with is also wonderful--he was very thorough (for all three inspections!) and happy to answer all of our questions. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the Portland area.
Victoria is wonderful to deal with. Very personable and very knowledgeable about the greater Portland area market. She also dealt very well with a somewhat difficult agent who was representing the seller and not getting things done in a correct or timely manner. Highly recommended.
Victoria was awesome!! I had been in the first house I ever bought and after 26 yrs we are moving and bying a new house at the same time. She is so smart and capable at her job. We would have been totally lost if not for her and her incredible knowledge. She has more integrity, honesty and thouroghness than anyone I know. And demands the same of those who work with her. She knows all the ins and outs of realestate and is not afraid to stand up for her clients. It was a real pleasure working with her.
I first met Victoria when I was selling my home last year. Not only did she facilitate the sale quickly, but she also became a huge source of moral support. Fairstone Properties Is the only firm I will ever utilize (or recommend) in any future real estate transactions. This is due in part to Victoria’s amazing knowledge of the real estate market in Portland, but more important to me is her compassion and dedication to her clients. I struggled with the sale of my home because of a less-than-honest agent I employed before I met Victoria. The stress of holding a vacant listing, as well as knowing I was scammed, was incredibly traumatic. Victoria spent hours talking to me on the phone and helped me come to terms with my previous agent’s dishonest treatment. I can not express how much I admire and thank Victoria for her continued interest in my general, non-real estate related welfare. She truly cares for her clients and is in my opinion the best agent in town. Thank you Victoria and Fairstone Properties. I look forward to many more transactions with you!
