F45 Training North Albany

Absolutely loving this new gym! It’s building a great community and the trainers are the best. They truly believe in doing whatever it takes to help you gain confidence in form and strength through their workouts. I get excited to go to the gym now because I don’t leave in pain from bad form! I was so intimidated to get back to the gym after having my baby, but LET ME TELL YOU…I’ve never felt stronger. The workouts are as brutal as you make them. The environment is encouraging and fun. I highly recommend if you’re serious about wanting a routine that will help you not only look, but feel better, this is your gym. Money well spent.

Our office has been located in the North Albany Village for four years now. It's a great location and wonderful community of people and businesses. I was so excited when I saw that a gym was going in three doors down from us! They've created a class time especially for people working right here, and it is wonderful to be able to do a quick workout during lunch, shower and get right back to the office!! The staff is energetic and enthusiastic. The workouts are challenging for me, but the trainers help cater moves to my fitness level while making sure I'm still getting a great workout. Looking forward to building relationships and my own strength and fitness with F45!
