Absolutely loving this new gym! It’s building a great community and the trainers are the best. They truly believe in doing whatever it takes to help you gain confidence in form and strength through their workouts. I get excited to go to the gym now because I don’t leave in pain from bad form! I was so intimidated to get back to the gym after having my baby, but LET ME TELL YOU…I’ve never felt stronger. The workouts are as brutal as you make them. The environment is encouraging and fun. I highly recommend if you’re serious about wanting a routine that will help you not only look, but feel better, this is your gym. Money well spent.
