F45 Training Mt Juliet

Love this studio! Very welcoming for everyone. The training team is hands-on and actively involved checking form and motivating each person. Highly recommend starting your day off with a solid F45 workout!

Having trained at over twenty F45 studios globally in the last 7 years I can say that the team here at Mt Juliet have it nailed. Great trainers (who actually correct form and help you get better) paired with a great atmosphere and vibe make it world class. I'll be back for sure!

I just joined F45 at Mt Juliet near providence mall . I like the classes because they are focusing more on overall body . I am getting more interested to go there every day . Hope I will achieve my goal . I love all the coaches they are more interested in each individual and also they are giving good ideas to perform each activity . Long way to go
