Trevor Lloyd helped us in a bind this weekend after our HVAC went out during the heatwave. We woke up in the middle of the night with house temps above 80 degrees. I called the emergency line at 4:00am and used the AI Agent to provide our details and Trevor was at our home by 9:00am. Trevor was awesome - 5 star service start to finish! Explained things clearly, kept us posted on his troubleshooting, friendly, and it felt like a normal conversation helping us to understand root cause and his recommendations to fix it. I do think price point was a little high but we were without A/C during a historic heatwave and not in a position to get other quotes. If we use them again, I’ll specifically ask for Trevor.

Trevor Lloyd represents FHFurr with great customer support. He went beyond the call of duty when he made a call to our residence for air conditioning problems this evening (5/20/2026). He communicated the situation and was able to remedy the problem and satisfied my concerns after checking in with his manager. He was just a very pleasant person!!!

Jimmy Nugyen was super knowledgeable, he showed me the issues and gave several options to do the fix. Super polite and did beautiful work compared to Mr. Rooter!! I thanked him for his work. I have nothing but great feelings about my repair. Please make sure he sees this review, so he’ll know I was super pleased.
