Eyecare Center of Salem

I met with Victoria today at Eye Care Center of Salem for a new pair of prescription sunglasses. Victoria, the optician that helped me with my glasses, did a wonderful job in helping me get exactly the glasses that I wanted. She was polite and professional and REALLY knew her stuff ! She knew exactly what my insurance would pay. I met some other great people at the desk to help me with paying for my new glasses: Nancy, Ami, Melissa at the front desk were GREAT to work with and were so very welcoming and funny If you are looking for an eye doctor, this place is 100% wonderful..from Dr. Bishop to the front desk staff, to the opticians. 10/10 all around !!

Best eyecare place I've ever been to. Both Dr. Bishop and Dr. Kautz are fantastic. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Their frame selection is huge, and if you don't see what you want, then Beto can usually order what you want. I highly recommend this place. In 13 years I've never had even one unpleasant experience.
