EXPERT General Contractors Tampa Bay

We hired Expert General Contractors Tampa Bay to remodel our bathroom, and the difference is night and day. The old space felt cramped and outdated, but they helped us choose a cleaner layout, new tile, a walk-in shower, and a vanity that actually gives us more storage. The crew was respectful, kept the work area neat, and answered questions without making us feel rushed. Everything came out exactly how we pictured it, and the finish work looks sharp. We’re very happy with the final result and would use them again for another project.

We hired Expert General Contractors Tampa Bay to repair and update the rear exterior of our home after several sections of fascia, soffit, and trim began deteriorating from years of heat and moisture. Once the damaged materials were removed, they found a few areas where water had reached the wood underneath, so they replaced the affected sections, corrected the sealing, and improved the drainage along the roof edge before installing the new finishes. The crew matched the replacement materials closely with the rest of the house, repainted the repaired areas, and kept the yard organized throughout the project. Communication stayed clear, every additional repair was explained before moving forward, and the completed work looks clean and properly integrated with the original exterior. Highly recommend!
