They’re good for commercial / contractor business but don’t expect to come here thinking it will be like Home Depot or another homeowner friendly store. They won’t be jumping to answer your questions or give you advice. There isn’t prices out on the shelves. You need to know what you want before you get there. I think some of the reviews I see from disgruntled customers are because they’re more of a contractor / professional based store. I could see a homeowner, not knowing very much about what they need, going in there and expecting the customer service of a hardware store when that just isn’t the case. I am only giving them four, instead of five stars, because of their customer service issues. There’s no reason they can’t be more homeowner friendly but I get the impression they probably just don’t really care. Customer service issues aside, they’re a great irrigation supply shop, as long as you know what you want. I’ve never had any issues with them.

Jason, Nate, and Dan are always there to help with any questions about products they sell or can get. They have helped me with getting materials delivered to my jobs. Very professional, and great service. Good job guys!
