Evergreen Plumbing & Mechanical LLC

Needed a toilet flange replaced. They responded and got a guy over within a few days for a quote. They gave me several options, both more and less expensive/thorough than the option I selected. Within a few days, the job was done in a friendly, professional manner. They showed and talked me through EVERYTHING they saw while they were there, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely use them again!

Jacob showed up with a positive attitude. Very willing to answer questions and brainstorm on the best approach for me. Provided sound advice and direction that will help for the future. He even answered another question and gave some more great ideas on how to answer our question! In 15 minutes he did more than most care too! Thanks a ton Jacob!

Evergreen to the rescue! I started a toilet repair project Monday afternoon, but hit an unexpected snag which left my toilet in pieces & unusable. I initially called a different plumbing company, but they weren't able to send anybody out until Thursday(!) morning. Evergreen showed up on Tuesday and got me all squared away, with a quickness. Jacob & Bird were on-time (actually early, much to my delight) & professional. There was no "hard-sell" for extra services, etc. They walked me through the problem, what my options were, and how much things would cost, then let me make the decision. Additionally, the gentleman who took my info on the initial call was also very professional, confirming my contact info and other details. The competitor I called first did none of this. Based on this experience, I'd rehire Evergreen for any future plumbing needs without hesitation. Recommends!
