5-Star Review of Evergreen Heating and Cooling

Review for Lochridge Priest Home Services – Technician: Mr. Colton Rhodes Mr. Colton Rhodes delivered outstanding service from start to finish. His professionalism was evident from the initial call prior to arriving at my home, all the way through the completion of the appointment. He explained every step of the process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the issue and the repair plan. My 25‑year‑old daughter hosted the appointment while I was at work, and Mr. Rhodes kept me informed throughout the visit with timely updates by phone. He identified the electrical problem within the first 30 minutes and provided honest, knowledgeable guidance with a level of expertise that truly stands out. I highly recommend Lochridge Priest Home Services to anyone in need of electrical repairs. Mr. Rhodes was prompt, respectful, and exceptionally skilled. I will absolutely contact this company again for any future electrical needs, questions, or concerns — and I encourage others to do the same.

Had a leaking toilet, Westin was great, he gave me several options for a fix with different quotes. I choose to get a whole new replacement toilet, Thought the price was reasonable. The guys were quick to install and professional. Always have a good experience with Lochridge. Thank you, Westin !! However I now have poor water pressure and trouble watering my yard so I will be calling so this problem can be corrected

Needed a sewer line repair called Lochridge Priest and Ethan was sent to bid the job. He gave us an estimate for both a the traditional trench repair and also the trenchless option. The bids were far better than what a previous company had estimated.. Ethan was respectful and courteous to my wife and explained everything in great detail, even had videos and pictures of both options. We decided to move forward and the repair has since been completed. The crew came in did the work and the repair was completed in one day. They left our home just as they found it. Ethan was a true professional made the process easy and did what he said he was going to do. That’s hard to find these days. Ethan thanks for making a tough situation easy.

The Lochridge group of professionals is probably the best service choice we have made in years. Appreciate them and their staff and all the help they provide.
