Lewis B was very nice and knew his stuff. He was patient and checked everything out and kept me informed. He went out of his way to do a thorough job. He is a valuable employee and I highly recommend him . He figured out the water heater issues and repaired.

Had a leaking toilet, Westin was great, he gave me several options for a fix with different quotes. I choose to get a whole new replacement toilet, Thought the price was reasonable. The guys were quick to install and professional. Always have a good experience with Lochridge. Thank you, Westin !! However I now have poor water pressure and trouble watering my yard so I will be calling so this problem can be corrected

Needed a sewer line repair called Lochridge Priest and Ethan was sent to bid the job. He gave us an estimate for both a the traditional trench repair and also the trenchless option. The bids were far better than what a previous company had estimated.. Ethan was respectful and courteous to my wife and explained everything in great detail, even had videos and pictures of both options. We decided to move forward and the repair has since been completed. The crew came in did the work and the repair was completed in one day. They left our home just as they found it. Ethan was a true professional made the process easy and did what he said he was going to do. That’s hard to find these days. Ethan thanks for making a tough situation easy.
