We were looking to move to Oregon to be closer to our daughter. We started this journey in late 2019 with the most patient and professional realtor we could ever ask for - Paul Amdahl. Paul listened to us as buyers and helped us keep focused in our search. Fast forward to May of 2021, after several house hunting trips with Paul as our agent, we finally made an offer. But this was in the middle of the bidding wars and even with excellent coaching from Paul, we lost out. But Paul found another property that he thought we’d love, and we did!!!! The negotiations were a bit complicated, but Paul provided knowledge and guidance on when to engage other professionals (think welll functional test and water quality test and zoning regulations). Paul was always available to answer questions or to reach out to the seller’s agent to get information for us. Paul is not a high pressure “salesman”, but a genuine person dedicated to helping his clients with their real estate needs.
