Ethereal Slice House

Top-notch New York-Italian-style pizza! My husband and I ordered the - wait for it - Brooklyn pizza. Sans the mushrooms just because we don't like fungi. We also ordered the huge Garlic Knots, which comes with marinara that tastes like maybe it's more pure than processed. It tasted like it was made with primarily tomatoes and didn't have a ton of sugar in it, as most processed marinara does. It seemed like maybe the same marinara was used on the pizza. So yes! You'll notice a difference, but for the good! Ordering was easy, and communication was fantastic! I was sent texts notifying me the order was received, that it was picked up by our DoorDasher, and that they were almost to us. Thank you, Ethereal & DoorDash (we had Donna, who is the sweetest)!

Ethereal Slicehouse is a hidden gem. This is the closest you're going to get to legimate Jersey/NY-style pizza 🍕. Pizza by the slice or the pie. When we come by, we order the plain cheese. It's impeccable 👌. Excellent selection of beers that are always fun and interesting. They also usually have a frozen margarita or two on tap.

Brick oven and stone deck oven pies well cooked with very fresh and high quality ingredients. Very well executed. Delicious local beers with lots of options. Definitely returning.
