Estes & Cain Heating and Air Conditioning

This was our first time with Estes & Cain, and we were extraordinarily pleased with their service. I called several HVAC shops and, unlike all others, the first thing that impressed me was the really great questions I was asked upfront. They REALLY took the time to listen and understand. Then, the technician showed up on time and, again, took the time to understand and explain everything. He then did a great job. This very impressive and locally owned company is now our go-to for service.

I’ve called Estes & Cain twice for emergency help with our HVAC. Both times they have come out the same day, worked with my schedule, and have been on time. They are quick, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them. I will be calling them every time!

Based on one service call to date: Timely. Thorough. Explained findings well. Did not try to upsell. Good and honest service.I expect to have them service unit again in Spring & will update review at that time when I’ve had more experiences. So far so good! Ill definitely reach out to them again.
