This has become my everyday gym. It really doesn't matter what time I come here; I can always get in a great workout. Never too busy that I can't find machines or weights. The staff is amicable, and the gym is clean. Chris, the GM, is fantastic. Everyone here does a wonderful job. I appreciate how close this gym is to everything—centrally located for us on the west side. Definitely check it out.

I've been going to this location for a year and a half or so and have had no issues. Recently I had a problem with a lock in the locker room around lunchtime. I was stranded with no clothes and no car keys. I called the front desk. The male staff were all in a meeting. An employee named Chris left the meeting quickly and had the locker open in under 3 minutes. It was so helpful and quick, which was incredibly appreciated when I would have been in a really tough spot without his help!

I love this gym! Tons of great equipment and if any machines are out of order they get them fixed quickly. Huge perks are women’s only fitness area, cardio cinema room (treads, ellipticals with projector playing a different movie daily), and indoor lap pool. I’ve taken a few classes and enjoyed those as well. Great gym with tons of space. Even when busy, doesn’t seem crowded. Would definitely recommend.
