Ethan and ER Renovations did a complete remodel of an older bathroom installing a tiled shower, new cabinets, granite and flooring. We were so impressed with his work that we also had him redo our kitchen and hallway flooring and install wooden stairs that were formally carpet. We have since contracted Ethan to do our upstairs bar and tv room. A prompt, pleasent and professional company who completed our project in just over a month at a reasonable price.
ER Renovation was great to work with. Ethan the owner was incredibly easy to talk with, from the time we met to discuss the project to the end when we did a final walk through. He was upfront about his schedule, the details of the bids, changes on the project, and discussing the design as it evolved. He completed a remodel for my 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home ON TIME and within budget. By the time he was finished he made my 50 year old home have all of the appeal of new construction.
After 40 years of owning homes and doing the work ourselves I am shocked by the ease, Quality and workmanship that Ethan performed. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of using Ethan to go with your gut you won’t be sorry. No cost overrun, no hidden charges, professional work without any nonsense.
ER Renovation did a PHENOMONAL job on our full kitchen remodel. The owner, Ethan, was beyond pleasant to work with. First off his skills are second to none, the man really does amazing work. For the work he subcontracted out that was all done beyond our expectations and Ethan was involved with those steps as well. Ethan even made suggestions for things like lighting that I didn't even consider in my original plans and the suggestions he made were all PERFECT. Ethan kept in touch every step of the way when information was necessary, he did so via text, e-mail and by phone, and in cases where necessary even sent pictures so I had a visual of what was being discussed. He promptly responded to any questions I may have had in a very timely manner and was always professional and beyond courteous. One of the best parts about the whole project is that ER Renovations price came in at much less than the other competitors I took bids from, in one case, $20,000 less (I won't name names, but that company is well known in Salem and they take advantage of people's needs). I ABSOLUTELY recommend ER Renovation and Ethan for any remodeling project or other type of home projects needed. My wife and I could not be happier, our very old and dilapidated kitchen has been transformed into a beautiful 21st century kitchen that adds to the overall whole house looking nicer. If you have home remodel/repair needs, look no further than ER Renovation, you and your wallet will be so glad you did. Thanks to Ethan and ER for the amazing job you did and we'll be calling you in the future for a bathroom remodel for sure.
I hired Ethan after receiving several bids on my kitchen remodel that were above my desired budget. My kitchen was complicated so I expected to pay more. Ethan’s bid was in the “reasonable “ range so after a lot of vetting, I hired him. It was the best decision I have ever made. Ethan worked hard to plan this project so it went as smoothly as possible. It did. He is honest, particular about his work and very well organized. None of my friends could believe how quickly this kitchen came together. From demo to finishing touches it was about 5 weeks. There were minor hiccups, that Ethan resolved quickly and fairly. And most important, after the final payment had been made, there were a few issues still unresolved. Ethan made sure they were taken care of to my satisfaction. Didn’t leave me hanging. I so LOVE my kitchen. Ethan should be on your short list for sure.
After seeing the fabulous tile work done in my sister' kitchen, I requested the name of her contractor. She gave me Ethan Rudonetkins' name whom I called and had bid my bathroom remodel. He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about everything involved. The price was fair, so we used him for the project. Wow! His tile work was something out of the street of dreams. Our bathroom was transformed into an oasis. I wanted to also note that it became obvious that he is a very trust worthy person. I was very comfortable just leaving him alone at our house to do the work needed. I can not say that about everyone used over the years. Great work. Great guy. I am using him again soon for more projects so don't take up all his time with your projects. Just joking. Someone like this you want to see become very successful he is very talented.
