Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Unfortunately had a ca accident, and I need a car rental. 5 Stars: Henry, branch manager, was amazing (professional, concerned, kind , and helpful) while meeting all of my needs. 5 Stars: D.J., detailer and the person who picked me up and drove me to Enterprise. D.J. Was professional, friendly, and informative about the Lexington area. Henry and D.J. Represented Enterprise and themselves at the highest level. Enterprise should continue to value employees like Henry and D.J.

Sadly, I was in an accident and had to borrow a car via my insurance for a month. The customer service was excellent, and the entire procedure was quite easy. For me, Henry Hicks made things extremely simple. Henry, many thanks once more.

We had to get a recall repair done on our car, and we just became a one car family, so we needed a rental car. I was really nervous about doing a rental because our entire family has been severely ill with chronic fatigue long-covid for the last 3 years. It has permanently disabled our teenage daughter and ourselves, and it's very dangerous for us to get covid again because it will worsen our conditions. I explained all of this to Henry and Clay, and they went out of their way to make everything as safe as possible for us. They let us do everything outside, wore masks to protect us, and just generally took care of us. In our difficult life, it felt like a spa day experience instead of a car rental. They also provided a wonderful vehicle that was upgraded for free and very clean. They even accommodated last minute changes when the dealership wanted to pay and extend the rental by a day. We dealt with Clay the most during the process, and he was so kind, courteous, and fun that my husband and I are looking forward to the next time we need to do a car rental. We have liked this High Street location for years, but this was above and beyond. Thank goodness for good folks like Clay and Henry!
