Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was taking Scouts to Sea Base and needed a van. After searching for several days, I was surprised that they were so hard to get. I went to this Enterprise around the corner from my office and asked if they had anything available. He said they didn't, but took down my name and number and he'd let me know. I found one online with Avis and reserved it before looking at their reviews, just happy I could get one. After looking at this Avis' reviews, I was dreading it. Even recent reviews were dismal at best. I got a call two hours before I was going to pick it up from Enterprise asking if I still wanted the van. I hadn't gotten a call that one was available, but I was so excited that I checked my cancelation policy on the other rental and went with Enterprise even though I had a $150 cancelation fee. When we went to pick it up it was a five star experience. The person who checked us out made it quick, easy, and stress free. My only complaint is that it cost me $150 since they didn't let me know sooner.

I love the new office on Richmond Rd Marcus is the best give him a ten Matt is wonderful too will be back ❤❤
