Becca is the absolute best. Becca’s passion for and knowledge about pelvic floor health is evident in every session. She creates a warm, welcoming environment where I feel completely at ease discussing sensitive issues, and she takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. It's like chatting with a friend who happens to be incredibly knowledgeable about pelvic health. She showed me how to incorporate exercises seamlessly into everyday activities, making it practical and sustainable for me in this phase of my life where I feel like I don’t have the time to set aside to solely focus on exercises. On top of that, she made the entire experience incredibly convenient and stress-free by welcoming me to bring my baby and even offering to come to my home. Becca is one of the most knowledgeable individuals I know when it comes to the pelvic floor. She’s very passionate about what she does and seriously the kindest. You feel like you’re talking to someone you’ve known forever. She also makes it easy to fit anything she recommends into your everyday life. Pelvic floor health isn’t just pregnancy related either. Becca is amazing, I learned so much from my visit to with her even with seeing a hospital pelvic floor therapist. She touches on so many things, not only just exercises to do. I will definitely be seeing her again!
