Empire Roofing & Restoration

The team at Empire roofing and restoration is top notch! Everyone we spoke with from the owner Juan to the Sales Director Austin and more were so wonderful to work with. They are respectful, speedy, trustworthy, and reliable! I have recommended and will continue to recommend this team to anyone needing roofing! I honestly can’t believe how quick they were able to tarp ours and many neighbors roofs after the hurricane! So willing to help even with the smallest of repairs! We got lucky with this team for sure! And just like that my roof is like new again! Thank you all for your hard work during this crazy aftermath of Ian! Keep it up, we all appreciate you!!!!

Austin has been great to work with! He's helped us navigate 2 different repairs after trees fell on our house. We were so pleased with him and with Empire when we worked with them in 2020 that we called them again when a tree fell on our roof in January.

Empire Roofing and Restoration responded rapidly with excellent customer service to complete furnace vent repairs on our roof with very short notice and quality completion. The crews were responsive and friendly. Austin was our go-to point of contact, providing excellent customer service and coordination of the inspection and delivery of rapid services with a quality control check after completion. He has been knowledgeable, professional, and communicates rapidly. Lisa provided excellent service on the paperwork and scheduling side. I have been working with over 10 contractors in the past two years to complete work on our home. Empire has been, by far, the most responsive and professional - what a breath of fresh air compared to my other experiences! We will definitely use Empire Roofing and Restoration for future services if we need them. Thank you, Empire, for the great work!
