Empire Marble & Granite Co

Empire first worked with us in 2000 and we keep coming back because they are hands down the best in the business. Absolutely phenomenal customer service at all levels of the organization — selection, templating, layout, fabrication, and installation. Empire consistently exceeds expectations. They’re currently finishing install on 10 rooms, 10 different stones and we are absolutely blown away.

This place is the best! You actually get what you want. The first time. Good communication. Organized. Efficient. Best selection. They actually finish the job. Would not use anyone else.

I visited all the fabricators in the Richmond area and Empire was the clear choice for us. Their customer service was phenomenal. It was wonderful to work with Todd. He was never too busy to answer my questions, and he made me feel like I was the only customer he had to deal with that day.. All the guys that came out to measure and then to install, were punctual and courteous and did a marvelous job. I was very impressed with Empire. My countertops are beautiful, and Empire will always be our “go-to “ place for any future needs.
