Purchased my hot tub from emerald a few years ago. Had a leak and they were quick to make an appointment for repair. Technician (KC) was polite, timely and engaged—he discovered that my hot tub was still under warranty, and addressed an issue with my pump that I didn’t even realize I had. Highly recommend for both service and purchase.
Been dealing with Emerald for decades. Recently replaced 26-year-old spa they had sold us, and Paul and Chris were great to work with as we removed portion of the deck built around it and the difficult removal and installation of the replacement despite the surrounding slope. Jason and his service crew had been helpful keeping the old one going for so many years, but even a top-quality product has a limited service life and we got our money’s worth.
