Embassy Suites by Hilton Lexington/UK Coldstream

This is an absolutely beautiful huge atrium style dog-friendly hotel. Although the room was a little dated, it was in great condition, and was very spacious. The grounds around the hotel were very well-kept and large, perfect for walking your dogs. Their free breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. It included made-to-order omelettes, good quality, sausage, scrambled eggs, etc. The only negative was the coffee, which was not fresh brewed, but rather a machine with Folgers concentrate. The hotel is about a half mile away from a massive dog park, and about 5 minutes from downtown.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the food at the restaurant was amazing! (Highly recommend the cheesecake!) Beautiful hotel and I will definitely be staying here again!

What an awesome and wonderful establishment! The room was clean, the hotel in general was very well kept, and the staff members were MAGNIFICENT! The scenery on the property is stunning and very picturesque. The team tasked with handling the rooms on 3rd shift were courteous, kind, and attentive. The front desk staff was responsive and very welcoming. The bar staff made everyone feel like they were an old friend, and made drinks and cocktails that were out of this world ᕙ(  • ‿ •  )ᕗ. Let me not forget to mention that the hotel offers complimentary social hour for guests each evening ( ◜‿◝ )♡. I am so grateful that we were unable to be accommodated at that Kentucky "Castle" place. The breakfast staff were friendly and the food was delicious. It was quite apparent that it was prepared, not plopped out of a box. Also, be sure to take advantage of what the Unique Horse Farm Tour has to offer. The professional and knowledgeable guides pick you up right from the hotel and provide an experience that is unmatched! Staying here was an experience. An experience that I hope to have again soon.
