Elegant Floors and Remodeling

If i could give 10 stars i would. Elegant Flooring and Remodeling was the best remodel experience i have ever had. (I have several homes and lots and lots of experience with contractors), from Marcus to his entire team they were respectful, professional, detailed, efficient, timely throughout! They kept my home spotless, and cleaned up every end of day. Their workmanship it very high quality. They demolished a jacuzzi tub to put in free standing soaking tub. To show their work the picture is worth a 1000 words. I will use them for future projects hands down! Thank you so much Marcus and team for an amazing experience with contractors.

Almost a year ago they finished our Master. We have zero regrets! The team was great and their work excellent. It was a big bathroom and closet and lots of supply challenges. We went over budget but WE made some changes along the way. I highly recommend them. We are starting bathroom number two in a couple of weeks.

I feel very blessed to have stumbled into the Elegant Floors showroom in McKinney, at a time when my wife and I were considering remodeling our kitchen. I could not have found a better person than Marcos Soto, who held our hands and guided us through this entire journey. Marco was extremely professional and went out of his way to develop options to meet all of our requirements; from coordinating and helping us pick out the slab(s), to meeting with the fabricator in order to visualize how each counter section would be cut, to finalizing our undermount sink selection. He made the entire process very seamless and comfortable. He constantly stayed in communication with us, making sure we were comfortable with the process. We had some specific requirements for our kitchen which Elegant Floors was able to meet 100%. First, we have a very large, curved counter that we needed to cover with NO seams. We had similar requirement for our T-shaped backsplash behind our stove that we wanted to run up the wall which we also requested No seams. We also decided to add the Waterfall feature to our center counter to enhance the visual affect. All was accomplished with no issues! Marcos was backed up by a very professional team, from Diana and Ramiro who handmade the necessary counter templates and supervised the final installation, Jesus the painter who isolated the kitchen behind plastic sheeting to minimize any dust and handled any sheetrock and trim adjustments, to Alex who handled all the plumbing issues including changing out my old water shutoff valves. The entire team was very professional and all appeared to take pride in their work. In fact, the day of the final installation, the entire team came by to witness the final product, including the fabricator. Elegant Floors is the company that we will always look to work with if we have any future remodeling needs!! I strongly recommend that you consider them
