My husband and I were going through a really rough time and didn’t know if we could make it through. Marriage counseling was sort of our last resort (though we should’ve done it much sooner) and Elaine was the best and most affordable we could find after extensive research. Elaine’s expertise and advice absolutely saved our marriage and we are in such a good place now! She helped us see things from each other’s perspective and helped us learn to communicate better. She’s direct, yet gentle and empathetic and made us feel comfortable immediately. Could not recommend her more!!

Elaine is absolutely wonderful! She helped us learn to communicate with each other as a couple, giving us concrete strategies to work on starting in session one. She's excellent at knowing when to let a partner expand on a topic and when to encourage a shift in perspective to help move the relationship forward. Elaine has all sorts of tools in her clinical toolbox and applies them with alacrity to every difficult topic. She has a laid back and fun personality that listens to learn, which helps her pinpoint the exact challenges that held us back as a couple. We've also both used her for individual counseling and she was equally excellent. We could not recommend her more.
