THE STAFF!! So friendly and patient. She walked me through lots of options… she notice I wasn’t totally thrilled and went over balloons and other add on options. I’m just in town for a few days and needed to get something really nice but really quick. My order was even ready early during this crazy holiday time. This gift to welcome a new baby is perfect. I very much appreciate Carla & her team...I inadvertantly entered the wrong address for delivery: Needless to say it didn't get delivered. I acknowledge my error & accepted my loss. Carla called me back & remade my order I had to have the recipient pick it up, but I was so grateful to still make my daughter's day.... GREAT BIG THANK YOU!
