I was very pleased with ECS's expertise and especially with their quick response to all of my needs: ordering a part, keeping me updated when a download took longer than expected and then knowing how to remove a virus that showed up on my laptop. They wouldn't even accept payment for removing the virus. Where else can you find service like that today? I trust and recommend them.
