I randomly stopped by Eclair cafe truck! Easily the best éclairs I’ve had in the U.S., and the closest I’ve felt to being in Paris. The chocolate filling was rich and smooth without being overly sweet, so you actually taste the cocoa instead of sugary chocolate creme. The pastry was fresh and light, and everything felt high quality. I grabbed a coffee too and it paired perfectly. The team was super friendly and you can tell they truly love what they’re doing. Definitely worth tracking down whenever they’re around.
