I dealt mostly with Brad and I have to say he was awesome to work with. I needed to move out of state and because of time restraints, I had to get my U-Haul back in time or they would start charging me huge late fees. I left quite a mess behind. He told me not to worry and got me the help I needed, and they cleared everything out. He even went to bat for me with an unscrupulous company that was trying to scam me. The Open Houses, the photos, the videos, everything was done very professionally, I've looked at other sellers, and there is no comparison. They kept good contact with me, informing me every step of the way, walking me through things, answering all my questions. They explained everything to me from beginning to closing. They really went above and beyond what any Realtor is required to do to help me out. They also helped me with getting good and reasonable contractors for work that was necessary.
