We purchased our home in Timber Ridge over two years ago from Eastland Construction. As someone who also works in real estate, I say without a doubt that Eastland is the best of the best. Their craftsmanship is stellar, and their customer service is beyond compare. They stand by their work, and we could not be more proud to own an Eastland home.

We purchased an Eastland home last May of 2022. We were happily content with our home in Mt Juliet behind Mt Juliet High school. Once we took a peak at Eastlands open houses on Easter weekend we fell IN LOVE! Has us questioning if we were in our “forever home”. We were so excited and honored that our offer was accepted since those time we knew we were up against a hot market. Bobby Eastland, Debbie Melvin, Jody Kelly and Janet Merlin ALL came together to welcome us to Eastland home ownership. Cannot put into words how beautiful and how “NO TWO FLOOR-PLANS” are alike and no two have the same finishes. We are still within our first year of any warranty and must commend Terry with the warranty team who visits with such a smile ready to adjust anything after closing. Jennifer at the front office ALWAYS answers the phone with a “can do” and “willing to help and listen” attitude.
