Being a first year above ground pool owner, I took to a social media group on FB that shared their experiences of being a “ Newbie” I was shutting down our pool for the year and wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly. I was not… Amy just happened to see my post and promptly responded. Not only did she take the time to walk me through it, She also answered all of my questions and even sent pictures of how our cover should look. Why is this significant? Because we live 6 states away!! East Coast Pool & Spa did not install our pool nor were they obligated to help in any way. However, Amy wanted to make sure that we were being treated correctly by the company that did install our pool. Our pool installer issued a credit for the wrong pool cover and provided us with the correct one. We would have never known otherwise. Amy is a pool rockstar, expected nothing in return and took time out of her day to help us along the way! Thank You So Much!!

This place is the best. I go in with my water to have tested frequently for my pool and hot tub. Always very friendly and efficient. Write down everything I need on a paper what I need to add when I need to add and voila Pool and spa looking clear as can be. This is the pool/spa place to be!!!!! Thanks ladies !
