Ease: Massage & Manual Therapy

I can't wait to start seeing Stephanie on a regular basis. She has the perfect touch. As I am also another therapist I am very picky and always so disappointed with others in the field...Stephanie did NOT disappoint she delivered with Educational tips and tricks and sent me home with appropriate stretches for me to work on to help out my hunch back from my field of work. She is located right above me in the perfect location, so easy to get to I'll be seeing her monthly as i felt like 10 pounds was lifted off my shoulders when i got up. Thanks Steph. I will be messaging you for another appointment, like next week. So glad I found ya ☺️

Stefani is top notch. Great listener to your needs and then implementing those needs into your masage. I left feeling like jello and will be scheduling another massage. Stefani incorporate different techniques for a relaxing EFFECTIVE masage. Schedule with Stefani now, you won't regret a moment!

The entire experience felt tailored to me and my particular body. I even received help and relief for issues I didn’t know I had/fully understood. Stefani had calm, beautiful energy that soothed me and made me feel very comfortable. Their incredible skill was crystal clear because of the way my body immediately felt better aligned and my painful muscles more loose and relaxed. I also noticed better range of motion in my trouble areas.
