A visit to Oregon in the summer is only complete with a stop at E.Z. Orchards and their strawberry shortcake stand. The quintessential summer treat. Fresh, locally grown Strawberries and berries on ice cream, a sweet biscuit (or angel food cake), topped with house-whipped cream. Tastes as beautiful as it looks. Also, my son got the lavender vanilla milkshake and it was delicious- just a hint of lavender. Perfect. Also also, the house made donuts in the market are a MUST. The raspberry cake donuts, nice and warm are Heavenly. Grab a picnic table and enjoy it on the lawn while the kids play on the cute little playground.
