Excellent! Let me begin by saying that I've had the misfortune of having 95% of my lifelong experience with health care practitioners being terrible. Dr. Ertl broke that patern. He has an actual personality that he'll share with you. He DOES NOT give you just 5 minutes then rush you out the door. He gives you the time that you need. He answers your questions patiently. He's professional while also being personable. When you finally meet someone like him, it makes you wonder why everyone else doesn't get it.

The most down to earth doctor I’ve ever encountered. Really personable and honest about whatever your unique situation is. Not money hungry like other practices. It was so refreshing meeting Dr. Ertl. I highly recommend going here for a consultation! I will never go see anyone else for my skin needs.
