Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of when needed!

Does not reply to emails for weeks and MONTHS. We were charged for a vehicle we reported sold in November 2025 but it was not removed for 4 months until we received new card for the vehicle in March 2026 and we had to call in again. SF would not refund full 4 months and has been 7 MONTHS now of trying to get Donald Rose to help us in any way with no results still and no replies to multiple requests. What do we have to do to get help?!?!
