I have been a paying customer for 25 years with American Family Insurance. Donald Denning has been my agent for all of that time. Donald has been there to make sure that I had adequate home insurance coverage on my last three residential homes over the same time period. Donald also makes sure that I get the best rates for my premiums and any discounts that I am eligible for. I trust Donald and I know that he has my back for insurance coverage. I like interacting with a person instead of the automated phone tree and speaking with a total stranger on the other end.

I have been working with Don for almost 20 years. During that time, I have gone through a lot of changes that required updates to my insurance needs. Every step of the way, Don made himself available and has been patient and supportive in answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had. I have had insurance elsewhere, including companies that want to do everything through a website. They're nice and convenient on the front end for providing you quotes and getting you setup, but when you have an accident or need to submit a claim and you want to work with a person you trust, that's when having a dependable agent like Don makes all the difference. Over the years, I have moved my insurance business around, but because of Don I have always come back to American Family. At this point in my life, thanks to Don and his awesome staff, they are my insurance company!

Wow! I needed insurance and called Don out of the blue and interrupted his day. He literally stopped his plans and got me set up with auto insurance. Later on, we wound up rolling in our home, also. Don was gracious and helpful...even helped look up past insurance info. I am so glad to have Don as an agent. I know if I need him, he will be there. Thanks, Don!
