Very professional team. Always on top of repairs and any on going project. ( email a and texts to keep tenants informed !) We loved renting from Dolphin and so did my mom when she briefly moved to Newport. If anyone needs a place I would ALWAYS go with Dolphin Real Estate. Loren ,Bill,Wendy the whole staff is wonderful. We only moved because we needed to be inland.

I moved into an apartment rented to me by Dolphin Real Estate about 3 & 1/2 years ago in 2017. Through my stay there they have been responsive to my needs for maintenance and service. Unfortunately, at the end of July this year there was a terrible water leak and they moved me to a motel. After about a week of industrial dryers it was determined that I would not be able to return to live there. Loren of Dolphin worked diligently to find me a new place to live and I am now settled there. I am truly grateful for their help and kindness.

Is 10 stars enough? I want to give them more stars. COVID has been tough for tenants and property owners alike and Loren went way above and beyond by searching out and assisting our tenant apply for a rent assistance program. It's that personal touch and concern for all of the people affected that makes Dolphin the very best property managers. At every stage of our experience, from finding renters, dealing with COVID, helping our tenants, and helping us, we felt that the great people of Dolphin Real Estate were in our corner. They genuinely made us feel that they cared as much about our home and situation as much as we did. We cannot recommend them strongly enough.
