Doerz Fitness Studio is the best gym you could possibly go to! The people are friendly and welcoming, as are the trainers! If you are just starting out, there are modifications down ... or if you're intense, there are mods up! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, someone will be there to motivate you. First of all, I have to say thank you to Ambrose & Pule. They are the best trainers--they have motivated me, helped me be committed to and show up to every session.
